a. Original Windows Certificate of Authenticity REQUIRED for any re-installation of Windows or Microsoft product.
Original CD's with serial numbers REQUIRED, to re-install any commercial software package.
B Laptop services (includes virus checking)
1: Replacement of a Laptop motherboard $180 ( Plus the cost of the Motherboard)
2: Power jack repair $180 ( Includes the cost of the Power jack)
3: Laptop screen repair $100 ( Plus parts )
4: Laptop keyboard repair $100 ( Plus parts)
4. Printer repair $100.00 ( Plus parts)
5 Monitor repair $100.00 ( Plus Parts)
6 House Calls Flat $120 an hour, one hour minimum.
7 Prepaid onsite service plans ( within 20 miles from store)
A. 5 to 9 hours of prepaid services $80/hour
B 10 to 20 hours of prepaid services $75/hour
8. Expediency Charge (Next item on bench) Extra $40 on top of the General Diagnostics.
